Geoff Adams

Geoff and his wife Helen had been a member of the OAS for some years and he was persuaded onto the Council by then President Gillian Pope in 1996. He has remained a Councillor ever since, was the President from 2001 to 2003 and is now a Life Member of the Society. A prize-winning journalist who edited the Otago Daily Times for nine years, Geoff managed our Sales Gallery non-stop in its first years at the Dunedin Railway Station and is still a regular volunteer on Sundays. He is Convenor of our Permanent Collection Committee.
